Wyoming Valley West Senior High School (also known as Wyoming Valley West High School, or just Wyoming Valley West) is a public high school in Plymouth, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania USA. The school is the only public high school in the Wyoming Valley West School District (AUP 118409302).
The High School was built using blueprints derived from the design of another school that was built in New Mexico.

With 1482 students and 84 FTE teachers, the student-to-teacher ratio at WVWHS is 17.6:1, as compared to the state average of 16:1.
The racial makeup of the student body is 93% Caucasian, 4% black, 1% Asian, and 2% Hispanic.[4]
In 2010 the school met adequate yearly progress as set by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The target of 63% of students to score proficient or higher in reading was set and was surpassed by 65.9% of students scoring at least proficient. In math, the target was set of 56% of students to score proficient or higher, and this mark was also surpassed by 57% of students scoring proficient of higher. [5]

The school's mascot is a warrior from the ancient Greek province of Sparta.[6] Wyoming Valley West is in PIAA District 2.[7]
